EXTERIOR STYLING
The new Rexton is a bold step forward by SsangYong. Immediately impressive with its sheer presence and dynamic lines, it’s a rugged and real 4x4 that lives and breathes ‘now’. Yet so gracefully styled that its workhorse capability is a surprise to all but the driver. The exterior styling flows from SsangYong’s concept of ‘Dignified Motion’. FRONT STYLING
The new Rexton is designed to feel fresh and modern. This is instantly expressed by its exterior detailing.
The distinctive front-end is led by a grille that takes its inspiration from the spread wings of a bird in flight.
The bold headlight units group together LED daytime running lights, high-intensity headlamps for better night vision, LED fog lights, positioning lamps and directional indicators.
REAR STYLING
The rear of the car has LED rear combination side lights, spoiler with high-mounted LED stop light and LED number plate lights.
INTERIOR STYLING
The interior has been designed to be easy on the eye and on the mind. The new Rexton features Dual-Zone fully-automatic air-conditioning. It’s as impressive as it sounds*.
The system gives independent temperature control to both front seats. (And also to the 3rd row of the ELX seven-seater models.) And its built-in air-clean system even blocks fine dust and odours from entering the cabin.

SEAT FUNCTIONS
The comfort of the car you drive in starts with the seat you sit on. And how easily you can adjust it.
In the new Rexton ELX, the driver’s seat is 8-way power-adjustable and the front passenger seat is 6-way power-adjustable. The front and rear seats are heated.
Move to the Ultimate and the front seats are also ventilated. And the driver’s seat has a memory feature to instantly recall your ideal seat and door-mirror positions.
Supervision Cluster
The ever-thinking brain of the new Rexton is the Supervision Cluster*.
An ingenious array of essential information and safety features displayed simply on a large 7-inch LCD screen.
It provides quick, easy access to a whole range of important info. Including a whole range of safety warnings such as lane departure warnings, parking sensors, navigation assist, tyre direction warnings and smart power tailgate warnings. It also is the means to control a whole range of features – even the turn signal warning that can be set to sound like a cricket!
So that the Rexton driver will always be in-the-know, at-a-glance.

KEYLESS START
The new Rexton starts and stops at the push of a button*.
The windows open and close the same way, even when the engine is off.
And the tailgate opens from the push of a button either from within the car, or via the key fob.

HEATED STEERING WHEEL
Rexton has a steering wheel that feels good to the touch, shaped to give a strong grip regardless of conditions and with fingertip control of entertainment, phone and cruise control.
And in addition cold days no longer mean cold hands for drivers. The new Rexton* warms things up nicely with a heated steering wheel .

STYLE AND SPACE
Designed to be somewhere you’d be happy to spend a lot of time in. The cabin is spacious and luxurious with plenty of shoulder and headroom. Legroom in the second row is especially generous and second-row seats may be double-folded to maximise the load space. In fact, the new Rexton’s size give one of the largest load spaces in its sector. It can easily accommodate rear-seat passengers and four golf bags in the boot. Something else made easy is loading the boot with your hands full. With the smart key in your pocket or bag, the tailgate will simply pop open automatically if you stand near the back of the car for a few seconds*.

INTERIOR ADAPTABILITY
At SsangYong, we believe that you should never need to adapt to your car, your car should always be capable of adapt to you.
The new Rexton is incredibly flexible. Available with either 5 and 7 seats and both with a huge capacity for luggage.
Measured up to window level, the 5-seat model offers 1,977 litres of rear boot space with the seats down and 820 litres of boot space with the seats up.
5 Seats
In both 5 and 7-seat models, the second row of seats split 60:40 with a folding centre armrest. The second row seats also fold completely flat for large loads, increasing the rear boot space to 1,977 litres.
7 Seats
In 7-seat models, along with the second-row seats folding 60:40, the third row can be folded individually 50:50 to give more flexibility. Access to these rear seats is made easy by the double-folding second-row seats.
